There are many versions of this recipe and this one is my favorite! All the layers that go in here are packed with healthy nutrients and superfoods like chia seeds.
It is VERY important that once you have layered this recipe, be sure to seal it and SHAKE IT WELL before placing it in the refrigerator overnight.
