Superfood Smoothie

Excellent source of fiber and superfoods! This smoothie is perfect for on-the-go breakfast type of days. Enjoy!

What you need
1 Avocado
2 Celery sticks
1 Green apple
1 Orange
Handful fresh parsley
½ cucumber
1 Cup coconut water
Optional
1 Teaspoon wheatgrass powder
4 Chlorella tablets
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
Method
1. Use a cold press juicer to extract the juice of all vegetables except avocado.
2. In a blender add the optional ingredients along with avocado and coconut water and blend.
3. Enjoy your smoothie topped with sunflower seeds, more chia seeds, and edible rose petals
