What Is Health Coaching?


Welcome to my virtual health coaching practice! 

Health coaching is guidance and motivation provided by a wellness mentor to improve your health and lifestyle. As your personal health coach/wellness mentor, I design a program based on your unique health and wellness goals. You will receive my full support in accomplishing your goals and feeling healthy, energetic and vibrant. Each program is designed personally for you, so you can understand your body and adapt to lifestyle changes which will give you lasting results.

I coach women to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle by designing a personalized program unique to their wellness goals, which consists of some key essential elements like guided self-care routines, meditation, and nutrition. My wellness programs are very unique with a focus on achieving optimal health, balanced lifestyle and building a healthy relationship with food. Each program completed with my full support and guidance will leave you feeling BEAUTIFUL, CONFIDENT, and ENERGETIC. We work together to produce lasting results by making simple lifestyle changes.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Throughout the coaching process, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, or proteins. Instead, I work with clients to understand what works for them to develop a personal roadmap for a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. I believe that every body is unique and what works for one may not work for another. Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, improving digestion, managing stress, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, balancing hormones, maximizing energy and feeling great everyday. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will allow you to live the healthy, happy life you deserve!

Each Private Coaching Session Is Conducted Via Phone


You will receive a schedule of your coaching sessions with the best time and days suitable for you. We will schedule the coaching sessions together after you have selected the program of your choice. You will need to provide a best number to reach you for the coaching calls on a weekly basis. As your health coach, it will be my responsibility to call you every week. As a client, it will be your responsibility  to find a quite place where you will not be interrupted during our coaching calls. You must be available to attend each call as they cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend a session, please let me know so at least 48 hours in advance. Please note* You may be refunded for one session only throughout the entire program which you have signed up for.
